Do you care for somebody who has been affected by a brain injury or a stroke?
Carers Headspace is a free support programme for carers of people who have had a brain injury or a stroke.
When a family member or someone close to you has a brain injury it can put a great strain on relationships and day to day life. carers Headspace is an opportunity to meet others who may experience similar challenges. Join us for three sessions which will explore;
- Brain injury and its impact
- Behaviour and emotional changes
- Supporting memory issues
- coping with fatigue
- Maintaining your wellbeing
- Mindfulness and relaxation
- Practical strategies and techniques
- Advice and support
The sessions will be held between 2pm & 4pm in the study room at the Charing Cross Centre, 17-19 St John Maddermarket, Norwich. NR2 1DN.
