We have vacancies available for Rehabilitation Support Workers in the Norwich and Gorleston area. This is a varied role working as part of the Gorleston and Norwich teams providing day opportunities for people with acquired brain injury through group support and one to one in the community.
The successful applicant will be required to carry out a range of duties including delivering person centred activities to meet client’s rehabilitation aims, providing personal care support and running the centre day to day. You must be able to travel to various locations to suit the needs of the business.
