Headway Norfolk and Waveney, a charity supporting individuals impacted by brain injury, is thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new day service centre in Dereham, Norfolk. The centre, located in the heart of Dereham, will offer vital support and care to those impacted by brain injury, helping them to rebuild their lives and regain independence.
The new service centre will be open every Friday, providing a range of activities and support services all based around living well after brain injury. The aim is to help those affected by brain injury to regain confidence, improve their physical and mental well-being, and develop new skills.
The centre will be staffed by a team of highly trained professionals, including experienced Occupational Therapists and Key Support Workers. They will work closely with individuals to develop personalised care plans that meet their unique needs, providing tailored support that will help them to achieve their goals.
The new service centre represents a significant expansion for Headway Norfolk and Waveney, and is part of the charity's ongoing efforts to improve the lives of those impacted by brain injury across Norfolk and Waveney. It will be the first of its kind in the area, providing a much-needed resource for people living with brain injury and their families.
