Headway Norfolk and Waveney's Norwich HQ Team is composed of passionate and experienced professionals committed to supporting individuals impacted by brain injury. Led by CEO Michael Kitching, the team brings together a wealth of knowledge in healthcare, therapy, rehabilitation, fundraising and external relations, with the common goal of providing innovative and inspiring support to aid in clients' recovery journey.

This team takes responsibility of Norwich and South Norfolk. They provide one-on-one support to clients, develop individual care plans, facilitate group activities and events, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support. These dedicated professionals bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their work, helping clients navigate the challenges of life after a brain injury with compassion, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.

Great Yarmouth and Waveney Team
