At Headway Norfolk and Waveney, we are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support for individuals living with acquired brain injury and their families. Some of our services are completely free, while others have a cost attached.

We believe in being open and transparent about our pricing. The cost of services depends on the level of support required, and we work with you to make sure you receive the right care for your needs.

Free Services

We are proud to offer the following free services, open to anyone affected by brain injury:

Paid Services

Day Service Centres

Our welcoming day centres are led by experienced Key Support Workers and overseen by Area Managers. We offer a safe, supportive environment with both half-day and full-day sessions.

  • Half Day: £51.76 – £108.45

  • Full Day: £84.11 – £190.41

(Prices vary depending on individual support needs. A full assessment is carried out before services begin.)

One-to-One Outreach

Our tailored outreach service is designed to empower individuals in their own homes and communities, supporting independence and meaningful outcomes.

  • Cost: From £51.18 for a 2-hour block, plus travel charge

Funding Options

We understand that the cost of care can be a concern. That’s why we will work with you to explore funding options that may help cover part or all of your service costs.
