"Headway Together" Peer Support Groups

We understand

We understand the frustrations people face in the local community when living with the effects of brain injury and that being with others who understand helps us feel a little less alone. Our Free Peer Support groups allow friendships to be made and experiences to be shared, in a supportive, safe and non-judgmental environment.

Learn mindfulness and relaxation techniques, and welcome guest speakers who will be able to offer advice on common challenges.
